Both natives of Irwin, Dr. Kevin Grosso and his wife Michelle Grosso, RN, established Grosso Family Medicine, PC in 2011 with the sole intent of providing their patients with excellent medical care in a welcoming family oriented atmosphere.  Both have led successful medical careers previously but now desire to share in caring for those in need together.  They look to build a medical practice centered around the faith oriented attributes of understanding, acceptance, and servitude.

Kevin and Michelle have shared 28 years of life together.  Their relationship originated as high school sweethearts and blossomed into a wonderful marriage.  They have been married for 24 years and have three beautiful children....Kaitlyn, Sean and Abbigail.  In sharing life together they developed a deep and trusting love for one another.  They discovered life is full of moments of great joy, as well as times of tribulation and sadness.  Through all seasons of life they learned Christ's love will endure all things and His presence will strengthen you.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Grosso attained his medical degree from Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed a residency with the Excela Health Latrobe Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program.  Since that time, he has been caring for patients in the local area for the past seven years.

Dr. Grosso is a past member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.  He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom on active duty as a combat field surgeon.  During ten years of military service Dr. Grosso served in a variety of positions to include Battalion Surgeon, Combat Field Surgeon, and most recently Brigade Surgeon of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team headquartered in Washington.  Dr. Grosso retired from military service in October 2011.

Kevin and Michelle also participate in mission trips to medically underserved areas, both nationally and internationally.  Experiencing firsthand the culture of those less fortunate has opened their eyes to human suffering and their desire to serve others.

Kevin and Michelle look forward to the opportunity to care for you and your family.  We believe each individual is not just a "prospective patient" but instead simply.....                                   .........a friend we haven't met yet.
